Active Watford and Three Rivers

Do you need help to get active?

The Active Watford and Three Rivers scheme, is a health mentoring programme with the aim of getting inactive people active. 

 

Anyone looking to get active and unsure of where to start should contact Active Watford and Three Rivers. Referred by GPs, the programme offers one-to-one support, clear action plans, and signposting to activities in the local area as well as support along the way.

 

Those over 16 years old and living within Watford and Three Rivers can register your interest with Alison Goodchild or by calling 07710 096398.

This programme has been developed and relaunched on the back of the highly successful Active Herts programme, delivered by Herts Sports Partnership and funded by the Sport England ‘Get Healthy, Get Active fund. Active Watford and Three Rivers will be delivered by the Trust and is funded by the Premier League Charitable Fund (PLCF), Watford Borough Council, Three Rivers District Council, Herts Valley CCG (Watford and Three Rivers locality) and Watford Community Housing.
